At Wavy Lens Co. LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Be returned in excellent condition


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or installed lenses

  • Discounted, sale, or final-sale items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us with your order number and issue description.
