Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping thresholds, which are displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Free shipping: Orders over $[Insert Amount] (U.S. only)

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our roadmap!


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your item, please send us an email and to also contact the shipping carrier directly. We sadly have zero control over a package once we hand it over to USPS or UPS and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. We will do our best to help locate your package and to make things right for you!
